My rabbit, Silver, died yesterday.

He was a netherland dwarf that we rescued a couple of years ago. He was a sweet little thing, albeit a bit flighty, and he hated my dogs, understandably.

I cosied him up in the garage over the winter, and I was really looking forward to when the weather would turn nice and he could get back out on the fresh grass in his run. Sadly, it is not to be.

Ger buried him in the garden this morning.

Aww that's sad. I had a Nethy when I was younger, also rather flighty. I think the smaller the rabbit, the naughtier they are!

We originally had three rabbits when we moved up here, 2.5 years ago. I don't think the climate up here was suitable. They were rather soft southerners. I shan't get another rabbit.
